Tainted Jacket

After a long long search for the ideal leather jacket I found an ad on Marktplaats (Dutch buying/selling site). I know it was too perfect, a leather Zara jacket (with pic from Zara) for only 60 euro's. Ofcourse I couldn't resist to try buying it for a reasonable price...And I did...at least... I thought I did...After several mails to the seller (at least 20 of them) I still didn't get my jacket.
 I've mailed her again, with an ultimatum this time..No response.. I called my bank, nothing they could do about it, I was stupid enough to trust this girl and my money was gone...Then I found this site; www.opgelichtopinternet.nl What a heroes! I've sent them a mail explaining the problem, in a few minutes I received an email that they have noticed the seller and they would post her info.
Then it started... the seller was furious! She mailed me she would send the jacket if I removed her info...Don't think so. Then she said she had already sent it (mind you, it has been 20 days since I transferred the money to her bankaccount) but 'she didn't have anything to prove'. Right...The next day she wanted my adress ;) Two days later I recieved a package, I opend it...And there it was...my 'leather jacket from Zara'. Only it was a fake leather jacket from Bershka... So I ended up with this jacket...Nothing wrong with Bershka, really! But seriously? 60,- for a secondhand fake leather jacket that smells like it has been worn in a cafeteria?

So here is the result (after 6 times a rinse in A LOT of laundry detergent) It's a nice jacket, but it still doesn't feel right every time I put it on..




For the Dutchies; serieus, maak noooooit geld over op Marktplaats als je niet weet waar deze persoon woont, ook al heb je er zo'n goed gevoel over! Ik dacht ECHT dat het wel goed zat en ook al is het een wel leuk jasje, ik had 'm net zo goed voor dezelfde prijs nieuw kunnen kopen..

DIY Ankle Boots

Nadat ik deze bjoeties van boots niet kon verkopen op MP besloot ik de schaar in eigen handen te nemen. Omdat ik helemaal verslaafd ben aan enkellaarsjes en deze toch anders in de vuilnisbak zouden belanden, begon het te kriebelen. Wat nou als ik het doe...? Zonder nadenken pakte ik m'n Ikea schaartje, trok één van mn lievelings enkellaarsjes als voorbeeld uit hun doos en begon te knippen! En jaaaa!! Het is gewoon gelukt! Snel een post waarin ik ze draag!
Zien hoe ik ze heb gemaakt?

I'm in it!!!

Oktober was het zo ver! Eindelijk stond ik in de Eigen Huis! Door een lichtelijke vorm van faalangst heb ik weken lang het artikel niet durven lezen, bang voor wat er anders was en voor mijn eigen woorden. Tot het moment dat mijn moeder me een kopje koffie gaf, het tijdschrift en verdween naar de keuken. Tijden was het stil...Mijn ogen scanden de woorden, het viel best mee! Ik sta er gewoon in, met naam en toenaam en het zijn MIJN woorden! Wauw! Pretty great! ;)
